Every year, Catholic Charities offers a selection of special events that provide you, our friends and supporters, with opportunities to network, celebrate our successes, and support our programming.  You can support our special events as attendees, by purchasing single or multi-event sponsorships, by serving on event committees, or by volunteering at events.

Bluegrass Benefit for St. Joseph House of Hospitality

The Bluegrass Benefit, held every April, features a talented lineup of artists.  All proceeds beneift St. Joseph House of Hospitality. 

The Annual Bishop's Dinner

Our premier special event, the Annual Bishop's Dinner in May celebrates the joys and successes of those we serve and the generosity of our awardees, while raising support for our programming.  Guests enjoy a three course meal, moving addresses, and a special performance.

Washington County Golf Classic

All proceeds from this fun sporting event, held annually in June, benefit our Washington County Outreach.

Sporting Clay Shoot

Every June, the Sporting Clay Shoot supports Catholic Charities' programming while offering guests an opportunity to enjoy the summer and network with friends and colleagues.

Jessie Games

Named in honor of Jessie Egan Smith, the Jessie Games celebrates the spirit of giving and celebration while raising funds for Catholic Charities' youth programming.  We sponsor families that we serve to join us at the Games, where guests can enjoy games, food, and more, every summer.  

Free Health Care Center Golf Classic

Taking place every September, the Golf Classic supports Catholic Charities' Free Health Care Center, where those in need can receive exceptional medical and dental care, free of charge.   

Father Marcus O'Brien Service Awards Dinner

Benefiting our Beaver County Outreach, the Father Marcus O'Brien Dinner honor local community members who have given back.

Love Walk for the Poor

This family and youth-friendly event takes place during Homeless Awareness Month to raise donations for Catholic Charities' Pregnancy and Parenting Program and East End Cooperative Ministry's food pantry.

Catholic Charities' Emerging Leaders Council St. Nick Soiree

Hosted by Catholic Charities' Emerging Leaders Council, the St. Nick Soiree kicks off the Christmas season with an evening of live music, festive food and drink, and excellent company, all while raising support for Catholic Charities' programming.
